Yes, by using subscription boxes, you may add subscribers from other websites too to any contact list, and then direct your campaign to be delivered to that contact list.

How to import huge volumes of contacts from files?
For importing contacts from files the file formats accepted are text(.txt), xml(.xml) and excel(.xls) files. You may upload a maximum of 100 contacts from files of the above said format. Even if you try to upload more, only the first 100 would be taken. However uploading lakhs of contacts from files is possible using the option ' Import mass contacts from files '. The threshold limit in this case is 24,99,975.

Does Email M support multiple fields for each subscriber?
Yes, definitely. For including a contact, some fields are to be set as mandatory. For example first name, last name, e-mail id etc, because these are the data necessary to identify a person and contact him.

Why are statistics missing from Text-Only campaigns?
It is not right. The statistics are displayed taking all the campaigns sent into account. Even if a campaign is composed as 'text-only' parameters such as bounce mail, opened count etc are associated for such mails too, aren’t it ?

Those are the mails for which delivery has failed. The account might have been permanently deleted due to inactivity over a long period of time.

What is meant by split test ?
A split test is a list or group of contacts, divided into various segments to receive certain types of emails, to test the performance of a group. After naming the split test, admin has to select the groups to be tested and criteria to be used to pick the winner group.

What do we mean by suppressed contacts ?
You would be creating contact lists for sending mail campaigns. In addition to the different contact lists created, there would be a list called suppression list. You may add some contacts to this list. In such an event, the campaign will not be delivered to the contacts in the suppression list, even though the list to which the contact belongs is added to the campaign delivery list.

Lot of data's are displaying in View Logs, can I empty that if yes where?
Go to the user logs sub-menu found under the menu Tools. There will be a link labeled as ' Click here to empty log file'. A confirmation message will be asked. On submitting the confirmation, the log file will be emptied out.
